4 Week Challenge Reflection 2

Let's review the challenges this week?

Day 1: Ask 2 trusted people to tell you what they see as your biggest strength and 1 area you can grow in.

Day 2: Write down 3 things you appreciate about yourself.

Day 3: Write down what activities energize you and what activities drain you.

Day 4: Catch your Automatic Negative Thoughts (ANTs) and transform them into something more balanced.

Day 5: Review something you have accomplished. What skills, tools, attitudes helped you do it?

Comment which challenges you did and what you learned about yourself.

What was the purpose of the challenges?

The purpose was to do something most people don't do so that we can get the results most people don't get.

First, continuing the challenge beyond the hype of the first week takes digging into a deeper well of commitment. It is a decision of the will and goes beyond feeling like it.

Second, doing the uncomfortable work of looking at yourself without judging or justifying. Self-acceptance allows us to rest in a way that being achievement-driven could never do.

You are already worthy. You are already enough. In fact, you have always been worthy of peace, love, and joy. The breath in your lungs is proof. The beat of your heart is proof. Your choice to be here in this moment and your willingness to meet me here is a beautiful reflection of your inner light.

Here is a FREE download to show my appreciation for your place in the world.

If you are loving the challenges why not go deeper and take on of the courses designed to help you go from victim to thriving in a year. You are worth the investment.

You can also support the work by BUYING THE BOOK for less than a fast-food meal.

New challenges will begin again on Monday! Please like and share, so others will join us.
