Day 2: 10-15 Deep knee bends

Day 3: 10-15 Wall push-ups
Affirmation: I will outlive my enemies (shame, self-doubt, trauma, rejection...)
Day 4: Balance on each foot for 10-15 seconds
Affirmation: The sun does not ask permission to shine, and neither will I.
Day 5: Take a day of rest to reflect and renew
Affirmation: My body knows how to rest and renew; if I let it.

Comment which Affirmation you love the most.
What was the purpose of the challenges?
The purpose was to connect all our parts: mind, body, soul, spirit, and heart.
Have you ever heard a song and wanted to cry, watched a movie and felt tense afterwards, or came across a smell and instantly a memory came to mind? Then you know how powerful the connection is between our mind, body, soul, spirit, and heart.
We can either let this connection operate in our unconscious and rule our lives or we can tap into it and participate in our destiny.
For example, some thoughts are automatic, BUT
MIND: we can interrupt it by choosing the next thought.
BODY: we can do the opposite of the thought.
SOUL: we can make the thought an identity or let is fade.
SPIRIT: we can laugh at the thought or challenge it.
HEART: We can feed the thought and let it grow.
What matters the most is that our parts come into agreement with eachother and truth so that we are able to participate in our destiny.
