Looking back to move forward

The #1 reason I hear that people avoid therapy is because

they don't want to go through all of the trauma from their past.

and truth be told...you don't have to.


The reality is nothing can be done about the past.

It cannot be changed, softened, or redirected.

From 30 seconds to 30 years it is all a FACT of history.


On an encouraging note, the past cannot hurt you.

and the future cannot hurt you, because we only exist in the present.


Healing happens in the right now.

The connection between the past and the present is

in the present moment your healing is waiting for you to acknowledge

what has happened TO YOU and how it is affecting you.
